Cheese Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. butter
1 slice sharp American or Swiss cheese, torn
1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
Preparation

Beat together eggs, milk, dash of salt and dash of pepper. In a small skillet, melt butter; add egg mixture.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until eggs begin to set. Sprinkle with cheese.
Continue cooking just until eggs are firm and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with green onion.
Makes 1 serving.
