Peppered Pork Roast With Rosemary Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) pork roast
    2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    8 medium red potatoes (in wedges)
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Coat roast with pepper.
    Place, uncovered, in a roasting pan with drip rack.
    Roast for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Add potatoes which have been tossed with oil and sprinkled with rosemary and salt. Bake 1 more hour.
    Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice roast.
    Serves 8.
