Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal (home ground)
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar (if desired)
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir only enough to just mix.
    Bake in greased baking pan at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
