Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 small zucchini squash, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Put zucchini, butter and seasoning in skillet.
    Cover, cook slowly 5 minutes.
    Uncover, cook slowly, turning slices until almost tender.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Toss.
    Can also add some Velveeta after turning slices, cooking about 5 minutes.
    Then toss with Parmesan.
