Creamed Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 full ears corn, cut off cob
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 stick margarine (more or less)
    1 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut corn off cob; put into saucepan.
    Add salt, sugar, 1/4 stick margarine, Crisco oil and water to just cover corn.
    Bring to boil and cook gently for about 20 minutes.
