Chicken Casserole Or Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken, chopped to bite size
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    potato chips, crushed
    2/3 c. toasted almonds, finely chopped
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except cheese, potato chips and almonds).
    Place mixture in a large rectangular dish. Top with cheese, crushed potato chips and almonds.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    (I mix potato chips and almonds before spreading.)
    This recipe freezes well.
