Night Before French Toast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) loaf French bread
8 large eggs
3 c. milk
4 tsp. white sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
cinnamon
Preparation

Arrange 1-inch thick slices of bread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix remaining ingredients except butter.
Pour over bread. Cover with foil. Refrigerate 24 to 36 hours or overnight. Dot with butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Sprinkle with cinnamon (if desired). Serve with maple syrup. Serves 8 to 10.
