Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. veal cutlet (thin)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. stock
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine flour, Parmesan and pepper.
    Cut veal into 2-inch wide strips.
    Dust with flour mixture.
    Heat olive oil and garlic; brown meat lightly on both sides.
    Remove garlic.
    Add wine, stock and lemon juice.
    Cover; simmer slowly for about 30 minutes.
