Seashell Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Bring milk to almost boiling; add butter, sugar and salt.
    Cool.
    Add beaten eggs and yeast mixture.
    Add 3 cups flour.
    Add 3 more cups flour.
    Refrigerate overnight or for at least several hours.
    Divide dough into 3 parts.
    Roll out into large circle (dough approximately 1/8-inch thick).
    Cut into 12 triangular parts.
    Roll up and let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Butter.
    Makes 36 rolls.
