Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend
together
sugar,
salt
and flour.
Add eggs and blend well;
add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into 2 greased 9-inch pie pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30
or 40 minutes or until coconut is brown.
(Mixture will be loose and thin when poured, but will be firm when cooked.)
