Ingredients

1 stick + 1 Tbsp. oleo
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. walnuts
3 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix oleo, flour and nuts. Press in bottom of 13 X 9 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 18 minutes. Cool. Blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust and refrigerate. Mix pudding and milk and put over the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Cover with cool whip and nuts, if desired.
