Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1 small can creamed corn
    2 jalapeno peppers, cut up
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Put half mixture in preheated oiled iron skillet; add about 1/3 of cheese.
    Pour rest of mixture and top with rest of cheese.
    Bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
