Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

50 Ritz crackers, crushed
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 lb. oleo
1 (20 oz.) pkg. cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
Preparation

Cook package of vegetables until tender (not soft).
Drain. Melt oleo; pour over crushed crackers; mix.
Layer vegetables, cheese and crumbs.
End with crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
