Crab Meat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (3 oz.) can drained, sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 1-quart casserole dish. Drain crab meat.
    Slowly heat butter on low heat.
    When melted, gradually stir in flour; add milk, then salt and pepper.
    Continue to stir until very thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in crab meat and mushrooms.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot.
