Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 oz. vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 cloves garlic (1/4 tsp. equals 1 clove)
2 cans (15 oz. each) tomato sauce
2 cans red beans
1 large onion, diced
1 stick butter
2 lb. hamburger meat
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat and onion.
Drain well.
Add chili powder, garlic and tomato sauce.
Rinse cans with water.
Add vinegar, sugar, red pepper and oregano.
Cook for 45 minutes.
Add the beans and simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix the 3 tablespoons of flour with the cup of water.
Mix well.
Add this mixture to the chili.
Stir well and cook on low heat for 1 hour.
