Deer Marinade For Steak Or Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. dry red wine
6 to 8 peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1 sliced onion
rosemary

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour over meat and marinate in refrigerator 2 to 4 days.
Drain meat and pat dry.
Cook as directed.
