Humus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chickpeas, drained
8 Tbsp. tahini
water (from chickpeas)
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation

After crushing garlic, put in blender and add all other ingredients.
Then mix in blender.
Serve with wedges of pita bread that are toasted.
Cut like a pizza pie, but smaller.
