Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or diced pork
    4 medium potatoes, cubed and boiled
    1 to 1 1/2 c. diced green chilies, roasted
    1 c. stewed or canned tomatoes, diced
    1/4 to 1/2 medium onion, diced
    2 c. water
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion together.
    Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
    Serve with flour tortillas.
