Pistachio Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. club soda
3/4 chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening, add oil.
Add vanilla and eggs. Alternate milk, soda and all dry ingredients.
Can add 3/4 cup of chopped nuts.
Bake in either tube pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0, 8 x 12-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or three layer pans for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
