Parmesan Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. plain flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Do not peel potatoes.
Scrub well and cut potatoes; quarter lengthwise.
Melt butter and moisten wedges. Mix all dry ingredients in small bag.
Coat potatoes by shaking few in bag.
Place potatoes in buttered baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
Turn potatoes once during baking.
