Asparagus Milanese - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. asparagus
 
Parmesan cheese, grated
1 carton Egg Beaters or 4 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Cook asparagus in small amount of salted water, about 15 minutes.
 
Arrange asparagus in a buttered baking dish.
Cover with eggs and seasoning.
Sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler until eggs are done and cheese a golden brown.
