Frosted Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Combine sugar and sour cream, stirring until smooth.
Add cranberry sauce and pineapple; stir until smooth.
Pour into muffin tins lined with paper baking cups.
Freeze.
When frozen, remove from tins and store in plastic bag.
To serve, peel off paper.
