Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium potatoes
1 c. ham, cut in bite-size pieces
1/4 c. carrots, cut up
1/2 to 1 c. cut-up Velveeta cheese
2 Tbsp. stick butter
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut potatoes into bite sized pieces and boil in a saucepan until tender.
Add cut up carrots and ham.
Simmer for 15 minutes. Add cheese, butter and milk.
Simmer for 15 more minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with crackers or cornbread.
