Peach Cobbler(No Added Sugar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened apple juice
    4 c. sliced, fresh peaches (you can use canned peaches with no sugar added)
    1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. almond
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons apple juice, mixing well; set aside.
