Far East Chicken Salad(First Place Winner 1989) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    2 stalks celery, slice diagonally
    1 large carrot, grated
    1/3 c. green onion, sliced
    1 c. chow mein noodles
    3/4 lb. chicken, cooked, shredded
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    4 oz. bean sprouts, rinsed, well-drained
    4 tsp. sesame seeds
    ginger-soy dressing
Preparation
    Core, rinse and thoroughly drain lettuce.
    Shred lettuce in large bowl.
    Add celery, carrot, green onion, green pepper, bean sprouts, chicken; toss well.
    Sprinkle on top with mein noodles and sesame seeds.
    Add ginger-soy dressing and serve.
