Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    7 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Heat milk, shortening and sugar to boiling point, but do not boil.
    Cool, then add salt, soda and baking powder.
    Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water and add to first mixture.
    Add 7 cups sifted flour, a cup or 2 at a time.
    Drop by spoonfuls into bowl or crock and set in refrigerator.
    Make out rolls (as much as needed) 1 or 1 1/2 hours before time to bake.
    Bake about 12 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0.
