Creamed Crab Soup - Chesapeake Bay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    2 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    salt, black and red pepper
    sherry to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour and add milk, salt, black and red pepper.
    When heated, add crabmeat and cream.
    Heat and mix thoroughly.
    Add chopped eggs and sherry to taste.
    Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
    Serve in cups.
