Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    20 saltine crackers, broken into large pieces
    salt and pepper
    milk
    margarine or butter
Preparation
    Butter casserole. Line bottom with crackers, then layer of cabbage, chunks of butter and salt and pepper. Sprinkle a little flour on top. Repeat in layers until casserole is filled. The last layer should be crackers and chunks of butter. Pour milk to just below this layer. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. The casserole should be thick.
