Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas (about 2 to 3 bananas)
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine salt, flour, baking powder and soda.
    In another bowl, combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat until frothy.
    Add bananas and blend thoroughly.
    Fold into flour mixture until blended.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour until browned. Let cool 10 minutes.
    Can be doubled and made in soup cans, coffee cans and mini loaf pans.
