Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, divided
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, cream shortening and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Add egg and mix well.
    Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk.
    Spread into a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
    Toss blueberries with lemon juice; sprinkle over batter.
