Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 to 2 c. Minute rice
    1 can chicken broth
    dash of sugar
    dash of pepper
    soy sauce to taste
    2 eggs
    1 can chow mein vegetables, drained
    green onions, chopped
    1 small can cashews
Preparation
    Make Minute rice according to directions on box, also to how many servings you would like to make.
    Take the chicken breasts and cut off bone into chunks.
    Place in egg and milk batter. Roll in flour and deep fry.
    Set aside.
