Hamburger Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bread pieces
    1/2 c. ketchup
    crescent dinner rolls
    grated Mozzarella cheese
    beaten egg
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion; cool and add bread pieces and ketchup. Roll dinner rolls into squares (use two rolls for each).
    Use 3/4 cup of beef mixture for each square.
    Top with Mozzarella; spread egg over rolls.
    Bake according to roll directions.
