Pork Chop Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium peeled potatoes
    3 to 4 medium carrots
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 large sliced onion
    sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 to 8 pork chops*
Preparation
    Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with potatoes and carrots.
    Cover with the mushroom soup.
    Layer onion over mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Brown pork chops; place on top of mixture.
    Cover with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Place foil over top of dish.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
