Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. water
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bring pineapple and sugar to a boil.
    Stir in apricot jello. Add cream cheese, water and nuts.
    Chill for 1 1/2 hours.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
