Creole Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

64 oz. catsup
1 c. molasses
1 c. Creole mustard (any spicy mustard)
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 oz. liquid smoke
1 1/2 oz. Lea & Perrins sauce
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 Tbsp. granulated garlic
1 (6 to 8 oz.) bottle black beer
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Brush on any kind of beef, pork or poultry as it is barbecued.
