Super Bowl Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
    grated Romano cheese
    olive oil
    garlic salt
    basil
Preparation
    Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella and spinach together.
    Either make pocket between skin and chicken and stuff or put mixture on bottom of pan and skinless chicken on top.
    Brush chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt, basil and Romano cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 20 minutes longer.
    Serves 6 to 8.
