Turkey Loaf(Makes 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    3 large stalks celery, finely chopped
    1 large green apple
    8 slices whole wheat bread, coarsely crumbled or cubed
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 tsp. light salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. thyme
    4 Tbsp. chopped celery
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. low-cal cranberry juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Divide into 2 (3-quart) casseroles or loaf pans (sprayed).
    Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Test for doneness by pricking center of loaf.
    When juices run clear rather than pink, turkey is done.
