Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. ham stock, fat removed
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 bunch green onions, sliced
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    leftover ham from bone
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Place stock, vegetables, seasonings and ham in a medium stock pot.
    Simmer 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in butter.
    Mix flour and some of the hot broth in a small bowl, stirring until smooth.
    Return to the pot, stirring into the soup. Add milk.
    Serves 4.
