Hot Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. half and half
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    tortilla chips
    sour cream
    salsa
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In small saucepan over medium heat, bring half and half to a simmer.
    In another saucepan, melt butter and add flour to make a paste; cook 1 minute.
    Add flour mixture to half and half.
    Whisk constantly until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Remove and add Tabasco, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
    Cool to room temperature.
    (At this point, the sauce can be refrigerated for 2 days.) Stir in spinach.
    Can add more Tabasco, salt and pepper.
    Spread in 9-inch pie pan or individual casserole dishes.
    Top with cheeses.
    Bake about 15 minutes.
    Serve with chips with sour cream and salsa on the side.
