Apple Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 cooking apples, any size or type
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 cans biscuit dough
    melted butter
Preparation
    Peel apples. Combine apples, sugar and cinnamon together. Cook over medium heat until cooked down.
    Remove from heat. Separate biscuit dough. Roll each biscuit flat.
    Put 2-3 Tbsp. full of cooked apples in the middle of each biscuit. Fold biscuit over and seal by pressing the edges with the back of a fork. Place on a cookie sheet and brush with melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Be careful that the edges don't burn because they are thinner than the rest.
