Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large heads fresh broccoli
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    6 to 8 green onions, chopped
    low-fat Ranch-style salad dressing
    1 jar pimento peppers
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into small flowerets (some of the stem can be used if tender).
    Add frozen peas (do not cook) and green onions. Toss with Ranch dressing and garnish with a jar of sliced pimento.
