Pineapple-Honey Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a saucepan, stirring and simmering over low heat for 5 minutes.
    During last 1/2 hour of roasting, spoon over chicken or pork.
    Return to oven to finish cooking.
