Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 large Vidalia onions
    1 stick oleo
    Parmesan cheese
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Saute sliced onion rings in oleo until limp.
    Layer in casserole in this order:
    onions, Parmesan cheese (heavy) and cracker crumbs.
    Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
