Anitpasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    seasoned croutons
    Provolone cheese, cubed
    green and ripe olives
    cherry tomatoes, cut up
    water chestnuts, sliced
    garbanzo beans
    1 or 2 cans shrimp
    1 jar marinated artichoke hearts (add full jar)
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
    celery, chopped
    zucchini, sliced
    1 or 2 pkg. thinly sliced pepperoni (can eliminate)
    basil and oregano (measure depends on your taste)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients but basil and oregano.
    Sprinkle the basil and oregano over entire mixture and toss.
    Cover and chill. Serve with bread sticks, crackers or pieces of crusty rolls.
    (I eliminated some of the ingredients and it was still very good.)
