Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large can kidney beans
    1 c. diced carrots
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. diced onion
    chili powder, salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 large cans tomato soup
Preparation
    In a large pot, combine beans, carrots, potatoes, onion and soup.
    Add 2 cups water to mixture and cook over low heat for 5 hours.
    Brown ground beef, along with chili powder, salt, pepper and garlic until meat is brown.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 more hour.
    Serve with salad and rolls.
    A good hot winter meal.
