Escalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    salt & pepper
    6 medium potatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Saute onion and butter.
    Stir in flour and brown.
    Stir in milk and thicken.
    Add salt & pepper.
    Put over sliced potatoes. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncover and bake 1/2 hour more.
