Company Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes lemon jello
3 c. boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
3 cubed bananas
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 pt. whipping cream
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
When cold, add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows.
Pour in large, flat dish and cool until set.
In double boiler, mix sugar, egg, flour and pineapple juice; cook until thickened.
Chill whipping cream.
Fold into juice mixture and spread over jello.
Grate cheese and sprinkle over top.
Chill overnight.
