Egg Ribbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs (large, hard-boiled and chopped)
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    1/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    8 dark bread slices (day old)
    butter or margarine, softened
    4 white bread slices (day old)
Preparation
    Use two dark and one white slice per stack.
    Place dark slice on bottom and top.
    Butter and spread filling between each slice. Cut off crusts.
    Repeat.
    Wrap and chill.
