Milanesa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sirloin steak (thin)
2 to 3 c. cracker meal or bread
garlic salt, salt, pepper as desired
1 to 2 eggs
Preparation

Put eggs, garlic salt, pepper in a bowl and beat them, then dip sirloin steak in breading.
Fry until they are brown over low heat.
(Does not take long because the steak is thin.)
