German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. vinegar
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
1 c. water
4 to 5 medium potatoes, boil and slice
Preparation

Brown flour; remove flour from stove.
Mix water, vinegar and cooled flour together.
Fry cut up bacon until done.
Then fry onion in bacon drippings.
Mix bacon, onion, sugar, salt and pepper in with flour mixture, vinegar and water.
Pour over potatoes.
Serve hot.
